With over 20 years in hospitality and 8 years of wine study, curio's founder, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

He is an Italian and French wine scholar and is WSET Level 3 certified, yet has a non-pretentious and judgment-free approach to wine.

Paul is here to help you explore the world of wine in a relaxed and enjoyable way, ensuring you understand what you like and why you like it.
