Shipping policy

All orders to Mainland UK are processed within 1-2 working days with the aim to deliver within 3 working days. Where possible orders are delivered next day, but we cannot guarantee this. If you need an order urgently, please get in touch at hello@curio.wine

Although we do our best to avoid it, there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping within Mainland UK is usually sent using DHL which normally requires a signature upon delivery unless alternative arrangements are made. You may also be asked for proof of age by the delivery driver. 

For UK Mainland orders with a value over £90, delivery is free. Otherwise delivery is charged as follows

Rest of the Mainland UK, NI & IOW - £9.50
