TASTING NOTES: This is stunning, with richness and depth from very ripe Riesling grapes, but completely dry. All the fruit comes from the sand-limestone Saumagen vineyard giving the wine its signature minerality. This is a real treat, give it some air and it gets even better

PAIRS WITH: Great with asian food / spice.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours. 

Koehler-Ruprecht was founded in 1700s, building a reputation for quality dry Rieslings during a period when the style was nowhere near as popular as today. Various wines are made from grapes with different levels of ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous and there is zero manipulation in the wine.
