TASTING NOTES: Graciano is a highly perfumed, unfairly unfamiliar Spanish grape variety; here it wafts violets, lavender, cocoa and Mediterranean herbs into the nostrils and covers the tongue with black fruit.

PAIRS WITH: Works brilliantly with grilled Chorizo.
