TASTING NOTES: Vivid aromas of grapefruit, red apple and brioche on the nose. The palate has real focus with zesty acidity and creamy texture. Rich, biscuity notes lead to a refreshing and moreish finish.

PAIRS WITH: Go and get yourself some fish and chips in for this one.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled, so put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours before drinking. 

The Sussex house of Rathfinny is a family-run, grower-producer, specialising in traditional method, vintage sparkling wines with Sussex PDO status. Terroir-driven, the wines emody the single-estate vineyard in the South Downs of Sussex. Produced from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and patiently matured on lees and in bottle to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of the fruit.
