GRAPES: 100% Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTES: Bright and fragrant, with spice and herbs on the nose, red cherries in the mouth and a welcome touch of salinity on the finish.

PAIRS WITH: Try with butterflied lamb or chargrilled steak. Or paired with wild mushroom risotto, beetroot based salads or roast vegetables.

SERVE ME: Light-Medium body so room temp or slightly chilled if you fancy it. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins. 

Seresin Estate is a new world winery with an old world approach - they are in no hurry when it comes to their wines. They let the wild yeasts that live in the vineyard ferment the grape juice into wine. Working this way does take a little more time, but they create wines with added savouriness and with more mouth watering textures and flavours.
