TASTING NOTES: Mellowed by 24 months in barrels, garnet in colour and intense on both the nose and palate - Delicate floral and spicy notes, ripe red berries, Italian herbs and fine tannins.

PAIRS WITH: Pair with meat lasagne, aged (Italian) cheeses, and mushroom dishes.

SERVE ME: Full bodied red serve at room temperature and decant this if you can.
