GRAPES: 100% Cannonau

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of cherries, raspberries and blackberries accompany more complex and delicate notes of roses and white pepper. The palate shows concentration and very delicate tannins with a spicy hint of white pepper on the finish.

PAIRS WITH: Goes well with a nice rich stew or cassoulet.

SERVE ME: At room temperature

Cannonau is known as Grenache in France and Garnacha in Spain so if either of those are a go to then i would give this a whirl. Separately if your a Shiraz fan this could work for you too.
