GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Franc

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful dark fruit like cherries and blueberries. Good weight on the palate but not too heavy. Fresh berry fruit with herbaceous notes of oregano and pepper on the palate.

PAIRS WITH: Works with blue cheese, pork and roasted vegetables.

SERVE ME: Medium bodied red serve just below room temperature.
