TASTING NOTES: Intense aromas of citrus and passion fruit, with herbal notes of sage and basil. Excellently balanced in the mouth showcasing a rounded, fuller style of Sauvignon Blanc.

PAIRS WITH: Works well with light dishes like grilled shrimp, seafood salads, or roasted vegetables.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Allow 2 to 3 hours to cool in the fridge.
