GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES: Plenty of ripe fruit on the nose which mixes with citrus and a hint of tropical flavours. The deliciously creamy texture and well balanced acidity lead up to an excellent lingering finish.

PAIRS WITH: Try with spiced roast duck, crab or vegetable pasta dishes.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours. 

Pouilly-Fuissé is the most important appellation in Mâconnais area of southern Burgundy and at Saumaize-Michelin they make some of the best examples of it.
