TASTING NOTES: On the nose, clove, black fruit, followed by soft cherry and ripe fruit aromas. The palate is very soft, full-bodied and powerful, with a long, balanced and nice aftertaste.

PAIRS WITH: Ideal with cured ham

SERVE ME: Serve at room temp.

Navarra is much less well known than neighbouring Rioja, but both are rich in the Grenache and Graciano grapes, and the wines can have similar characters. Brothers, Iñaki, Xabi and Mikel Sanz, started working with their father in 2007. They work with mainly higher altitude plots, carefully nurturing the older bush vines that grow there.
