TASTING NOTES: Organic Certified, Traditionally vinified and then aged in concrete vats for 6 months you should get a wave of red fruit and sweet spices, with great length.

PAIRS WITH: BBQ food all day long.

SERVE ME: Medium bodied red so serve at room temperature-ish.
