2021 BIANCO CATARRATTO

TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Riper styles of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: 100% Catarratto

TASTING NOTES: Mouth-filling and textural on the palate, with notes of pink grapefruit and green apple, as well as a slight spicy minerality from time spent on lees. Juicy is the right word for this one, if your a fan of a slightly riper Sauvignon Blanc then I would say give this a go, its great.

PAIRS WITH: Great with seafood and pasta.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours. 

This wine is made from organically grown Catarratto grapes given a few days of skin contact to extract more flavour and substance. This latest vintage has had a little longer on skins and is naturally hazy, a little darker in colour and a bit fuller in flavour. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, fear not of the natural sediment that may be found in each bottle.
