TASTING NOTES: Green apple, a touch of struck flint and a hint of flowers. Great balance of acidity and fruit on the palate; long and crisp finish.

PAIRS WITH: Try with seafood of almost any type.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours. 

All of the vines at Villa Dora are ungrafted, due to the volcanic soil that comes from eruptions of Vesuvius.
