TASTING NOTES: Rich, round, oozing southern intensity and sweet spice. Cherries and red berries with a slight balsamic hint, this is really well balanced for a wine this big.

PAIRS WITH: Try with spiced pork chops, short ribs or spiced aubergine dishes.
