GRAPES: Corvina, Rondinella.

TASTING NOTES: White stone fruit and chamomile aromas on the nose. An inviting palate that's savoury and refreshing, with ripe strawberry, white peach and star anise before a saline finish.

PAIRS WITH: Great on a pic nic or on its own.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Allow 2 to 3 hours to cool in the fridge.
