2021 Cinsault

TRY ME IF YOU LOVE : Beaujolais or lighter chilled reds

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: 100% Cinsault

TASTING NOTES : Hints of cranberry and pomegranate on the nose. Super light, It offers raspberries, blackcurrants, rooibos tea, and a touch of white pepper with a saline element. Chalky-edged tannins linger on the finish.

PAIRS WITH : White meat or meaty fish, pizza or just on its own.

SERVE ME : Slightly chilled

The grapes comes from the Rustenhof Farm in Faure. Vines are dry-farmed bush vines and planted on granite and sand.  Grapes are fully destemmed before fermentation to preserve acidity and the wine is matured in 500l neutral oak barrels.

Really like all the Craven wines and this is no different.
