GRAPES: Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvedre

TASTING NOTES: Ripe red/dark fruit aromas with pepper notes. Lovely softness in the mouth with velvety tannins and confit fruits building across the palate, hints of tobacco and leather and a nice spine of acidity as well as some spicy blackcurrant fruit.

PAIRS WITH: Friends with lamb and roasted vegetables.

SERVE ME: Serve at room temperature.
