GRAPES: 100% Grillo

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of spring flowers and white-fleshed fruit on a mineral background. Fresh and savoury, with a light and lively mouthfeel with a gentle element of tannins. Pink grapefruit, dry roses, overripe yellow apples. Salinity and saltiness aftertaste.

PAIRS WITH: Great with Sicilian caponata or fish dishes.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold so a few hours in the fridge please. 

The Pianogrillo farm is located in the Iblei mountains in Sicily, and started out producing olive oil before expanding into wine production, using organic and biodynamic methods.
