TASTING NOTES: Fresh mineral white with plenty of citrus and acidity. Saline character and great structure from the lees ageing. Clean, Leesy, Dry as a Bone.

PAIRS WITH: Pair with goats cheese, light dishes and salads, shellfish.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Allow 2 to 3 hours to cool in the fridge. 

Pierre Luneau and Monique Apin set up the Domaine Luneau-Papin in 1993. Now helped by their son Pierre-Marie. Granitic soils from the commune Chateau Thebaud. Vines are planted in the village of Vertou. Old vines planted in 1950 and 1987.
