GRAPES: 100% Gewurztraminer

TASTING NOTES: An intense yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose it shows hints of tropical fruit, citrus and spicy notes. On the palate it is full, decisive, dry, with a long and persistent finish full of spicy notes and ripe fruit.

PAIRS WITH: Strong cheese and spicy dishes.

SERVE ME: Chilled pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Maso Furli represents one of the smallest vine growers in the region of Trentino, with the term “Maso” indicating a rural house with its surrounding land. This azienda agricola produces between 15,000 and 17,000 bottles a year, obtained from 4 hectares of vineyards at an altitude that ranges between 290 mt asl and 440 mt asl.

The desire to protect the aromatic heritage of the fruit from possible oxidation led Founder Marco and his friend Mario Pojer (Pojer e Sandri Wines) to develop an exclusive system, which is now patented. Marco has followed organic farming since 2008, and his approach in the cellar is to preserve purity and precision whilst still expresses the full bodied style typical of the regions wines and terroir.
