TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Oaked Chardonnay

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: Garganega, Trebbiano

TASTING NOTES: Floral notes on the nose with hints of apricot and marzipan. An elegantly balanced structure, mineral notes combine well with ripe apple and peach flavours. Layers of almond blossom and acacia honey come through on the long finish.

PAIRS WITH: Great with lightly spiced dishes, it also works very well with vegetarian cooking.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours.

This has a great textural feel in the mouth and i would suggest that a fan of an oaked Chardonnay might like this as a change.

Pieropan is one of the oldest and most respected Soave producers where quality has always been paramount and they make some of the best examples available. The Soave region has grown substantially over the years, but the heartland remains the classico zone where the best vineyards are and where this wine is from.
