TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: Unoaked Chardonnay / Soave

ABV: 12.5%

GRAPES: 100% Palomino

TASTING NOTES: A completely unique cask fermented 'Macharnudo' pale yellow in colour with green hints. On the nose, it has delicate lime, white fruit and mineral touches in the background. The palate has a delicate, round oiliness with a dry and crisp finish. It shows the character of Macharnudo at its best.

PAIRS WITH: Great with mature cheese, cured meat, salty nuts and juicy olives.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Stick in the fridge for a few hours.

This does have that hint of Sherry coming through from the cask but its not too intense... I do feel like its one of those things your either going to love or hate though, personally i love it.
