TRY ME IF YOU LOVE: French Sauvignon Blanc.

ABV: 12.0%

GRAPES: 100% Chenin Blanc

TASTING NOTES: Scents of citrus fruits and cinnamon. The palate suggests fresh lime and a dusting of sweet spices underscored by an intensity of persistent tropical fruit notes and a steely acidity. The finish is lingering with mineral notes.

PAIRS WITH: Good with fried fish but also a great white BBQ option.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Allow 2 to 3 hours to cool in the fridge.

The Vinum vineyards are composed of selected sites in the Stellenbosch region, from prime parcels on the Helderberg Mountain and in Devon Valley. These sites offer excellent mineral soils, southerly exposure and healthy, mature vines, all of which combine with the cool maritime breezes to bestow on these vineyards the ideal environment for excellent grape development.
