TASTING NOTES : Orange blossom, white grapefruit and jasmine, salinity on the palate, finishes dry. Described by Ovum as is a white wine that tries to capture a day at the beach. Fresh, dry, breezy - the bright aromas of the wine are met with a dry, almost salty textured palate that’s well-suited for sitting in the sun and hanging with friends.

PAIRS WITH : Perfectly with fish tacos or pesto chicken.

SERVE ME : Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours
