TASTING NOTES: Fresh sparkling rosé made from 100% Frappato from naturally grown vines. Ancestral method, short maceration, spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered. This is dry and creamy with deep sweet & sour taste, nice crunchy fruit and luscious acidity. A refreshing sour-salty finish.

PAIRS WITH: Awesome on its own but could work really well with strong fish like mackerel

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold so a few hours in the fridge please. 

This is a great party starter or just something fun for a special occasion!
