TASTING NOTES: A very complex nose with notes of flowers, truffles and small fresh red fruits like wild strawberries, pomegranate, blackcurrant. On the palate, it all comes together with excellent acidity, a good mineral freshness and supple tannins with great length. 

PAIRS WITH: Grilled meat especially lamb, hearty winter stews or traditional greek like moussaka.
