GRAPES: 100% Savagnin

TASTING NOTES: Pale yellow colour with silver highlights. Initially floral and herbaceous on the nose. Give it a swirl and notes of apple, nuts, spices, and candied lemon emerge. The palate is straight, tense, almost saline, animated by aromas of nuts and citrus fruits, before a finish of beautiful freshness. This is a wine that can evolve in the cellar for many years.

PAIRS WITH: Will pair perfectly with grilled fish, most seafood or even mature cheese.

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours

En Beaumont is from old vines in the Château-Chalon AOC, farmed by Damien. Fermented and aged in used 500l barrels.
