TASTING NOTES: Fresh, with lots of red fruit and blackberry. To impress your mates this has “hints of tobacco leaf, cedar and violets which comes from the contact with oak”.

PAIRS WITH: Goes well with most red meat but also tomato based pasta dishes, pizza or a cheese board

SERVE ME: Medium bodied red so room temperature-ish.
