GRAPES: 100% Frappato

TASTING NOTES: Bright, crunchy and full of fresh raspberries and cherries with soft tannins. Elegant and very easy to drink an excellent red to try slightly chilled.

PAIRS WITH: Pairs really well with anything with roasted red pepper or sun-dried tomatoes in it.

SERVE ME: Serve slightly chilled if you fancy it. Pop it in the fridge for 30 mins. 

The Pianogrillo farm is located in the Iblei mountains in Sicily within the province of Ragusa, and started out producing olive oil before expanding into wine production, using organic and biodynamic methods.
