TASTING NOTES: This smells and tastes like blueberry panna cotta to me. But with oregano and thyme. Inky but ripe, black fruits, eucalyptus and truffle.

PAIRS WITH: Works brilliantly with anything BBQ.

SERVE ME: Medium bodied red, serve at room temperature.
