TASTING NOTES: Low intervention rose with red berries, light tannin and a hint of grapefruit to balance out the sweetness of the fruit – refreshing and gastronomic.

PAIRS WITH: Octopus, chicken or mushroom based dishes. Also perfectly accompanies fatty cheeses and cured meats.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
