GRAPES: Albillo Real, Moravia

TASTING NOTES: Lifted apricot and orange skins aromas, white flowers and prunes and herbal notes. Fresh and mineral touch at the mouth with a light touch of tannins.

PAIRS WITH: Awesome with cured or smoked fish.

SERVE ME: Drink this nice and cold, pop it in the fridge for a few hours.

A wine that combines the freshness of the white with the structure of a red. To make Orange wine, grapes must have a good sanitary state and a perfect ripeness. The skins of the White wine grapes will play a major role in the winemaking. The Moravia Agria (red grape) is made as white wine (no maceration with skins) and then blended with Albillo Real (white grape) and macerated with its skins for two months. After the racking and blending, the wine stays four more months in stainless steel vats and six more in old clay jars.
