TASTING NOTES: A vibrant, translucent pink, fitting the traditional clarete style. Full of crisp wild strawberries, fresh raspberries, hints of cranberry, and delicate white florals with lively acidity and a clean finish.

PAIRS WITH: Tapas, light seafood, or vegetarian dishes.

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for an hour.

A unique dark rosé made from both red and white grapes. Old vine Garnacha Blanca and Garnacha co-fermented and aged in amphoras. A complex, very food-driven rosé that manages to be juicy, refreshing, yet consistently intriguing all at once - Absolutely loved this one in the garden this summer.

Made by Maria, Dani, and Fernando, a dynamic trio who slowly converted an abandoned cooperative building in their village of Carcastillo to a fully operational winery. A huge commitment to biodiversity in the vines leads to wines of pronounced purity.
