ABV: 13.5%

GRAPES: 100% Primitivo

TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby colour with ripe fruit aromas of plum and black cherry, with subtle herbal and peppery notes. It’s smooth with solid structure from present tannins, balanced acidity, and a hint of saline that leads to a long, expressive finish.

PAIRS WITH: Excellent with lamb, roast pork, and steak. Also aged cheese

SERVE ME: Room temperature, or chuck it in the fridge for half an hour before serving on a hot day
