GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of white fruit and flowers, with soft toasted and smoky notes. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with the right amount of freshness and acidity.

PAIRS WITH: Great with pork, salmon or tuna and / or vegetable dishes.

SERVE ME: Drink this chilled so pop it in the fridge for an hour or so before drinking, the lemons chill out a bit as it warms up in the glass so take your time with this one. 

Certified both organic and biodynamic from a 4-hectare vineyard that was planted in 1989 on very chalky and stony soils. The vines are approx 30 years old and are located 840 metres above sea level. The wine has been aged on its lees in 700-litre French and Hungarian oak barrels for 4 months.
