GRAPES: 100% Riesling

TASTING NOTES: Riesling Schnait Weingut Knauss, organic, no added sulphur, zippy, fresh, dry, lovely aromatics, classic yet just a bit funky. Balanced acidity with a fresh lime twist. Hints of pepper, ripe fresh apple and winter spice on the finish.  A wine which bounces effortlessly between easy, uncomplicated quaffability and classic Riesling aromatics and complexity. Excellent value.

PAIRS WITH: Good with pork, shellfish and or spicy food.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Stick in the fridge for a few hours.
