TASTING NOTES: Salmon pink in colour, with flavours of dried cranberries, blood orange and wild strawberries with a touch of cedar spice. Tastes dry but full and rounded in the mouth.

PAIRS WITH: Excellent with crab & lobster, also has the structure to deal with spiced foods

SERVE ME: Chilled so pop in the fridge for a couple of hours. Get it open half an hour before drinking and take your time with it
