TASTING NOTES : Dried floral aromas, supported with orange blossom, honeysuckle, apricot and fennel with some subtle tannin and dried herb.

PAIRS WITH : Seafood, salads or light pasta dishes.

SERVE ME : Chilled

Grapes were destemmed into a variable stainless steel tank with fermentation taking place slowly via indigenous yeasts. After two weeks in contact with skins, the wine was pressed then aged in tank and old Burgundy barrels for six months before being bottled using a gravity filler.

Westwell Wine Estate, a south-facing slope on chalk soil in the Kent Downs planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Ortega.
