GRAPES: 100% Lambrusco Sorbara

TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red in colour, with a light and coloured mousse. The nose reveals notes of wild berries and blackberries, and the palate shows intense fruit flavours, tempered by a nice freshness.

PAIRS WITH: Amazing with some good bresola.

SERVE ME: Serve chilled. Cool in the fridge for a few hours.
