TASTING NOTES: Fresh dry white wine. Deep intense straw yellow colour. On the nose it has ripe white fruit, mineral notes and a slight spiciness with honey and white pepper. Its light but with a lot of character and a savoury, mineral texture to it's long finish.

PAIRS WITH: Awesome with oysters or prawns!
