TASTING NOTES: Aromatic with apricot notes and hints of almond and orange blossom. On the palate its soft with medium body, hints of dried fruit and a long finish.

PAIRS WITH: Great as an apéritif but also with light salads or seafood.

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours

Zibibbo is an aromatic grape variety deeply connected to Sicily. Soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must. Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
