TASTING NOTES: Golden in colour with bright citrus hues, aromatic, with a complex bouquet of lemon peel, pear, melon, peach, and delicate orange blossom. On the palate it is fresh and mineral-driven, with a creamy, textured mouthfeel supported by lively acidity, crisp citrus notes, and a long, elegant finish.

PAIRS WITH: Baked cod, salmon, or tuna. Also good with soft cheeses, pasta with pesto, and white meats.

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours

Casa de Mouraz is a pioneering family-run, organic, and biodynamic winery established in 2000 in Portugal’s Dão region by Sara Dionísio and António Lopes Ribeiro.
