TASTING NOTES: A brilliant nose of lime and orange blossoms, a refreshing palate with a slight saline edge to it

PAIRS WITH: Ideal with fish and shellfish

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours

I Buongiorno’s Fiano grapes are harvested at night in the last ten days of August. The grapes are then gently pressed and the juice is cold clarified. Fermentation takes 30 days at a temperature of 13-14°C. Finally, the wine matures for three months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
