TASTING NOTES: A brilliant example of the grape variety; bright and bold with fragrant lychee and rose blended into ripe apricot and soft spicy ginger.

PAIRS WITH: Good with chicken salad Thai style, and can stand up to a healthy dollop of Chilli paste.

SERVE ME: Chilled, stick in the fridge for a couple of hours.

These grapes were selected from various vineyards in sun kissed Southern France on sandy, silty soil - this encourages the vines roots to keep going deeper into the soil to find the water they need to sustain the vines growing through the long hot summer days. The grapes are destemmed and fermented at cool temperatures to help retain the typical freshness and varietal aromas.
