TASTING NOTES: A brilliant, translucent ruby hue with a fresh, concentrated strawberry and raspberry nose, sappy red-berry fruit on the palate, lifted acidity and a long, silky finish — a pure expression of Dundee Hills Pinot. 

PAIRS WITH: Roast chicken, turkey, or game birds. Mushroom based dishes like risotto, roasted mushrooms, or dishes with savoury truffle flavours.

SERVE ME: Just below room temperature

Kelley Fox founded Kelley Fox Wines in 2007 (with support from her father, Gerson “Gus” Stearns) and works primarily with historic, low-yielding vineyards in the Willamette Valley — notably Maresh, Weber and other old-vine sites. Her approach is hands-on and low-intervention: she farms with biodynamic principles where appropriate, sources fruit from dry-farmed, self-rooted blocks, works in small lots in the cellar, and prefers neutral French oak élevage to showcase site character. Kelley’s wines are intentionally vineyard-driven, modest in production and widely sought after for their clarity, texture and sense of place.
