TASTING NOTES: Crisp, clean, mineral and simply perfect with the local Bouzigues oysters. Bright colour with green tinges. Pleasing delicate nose of exotic fruit and peach. Harmonious and balanced hints of exotic fruit and great minerality that this grape and the local terroir offer.

PAIRS WITH: Drink as an aperitif or with any light seafood. Also great with fish & chips!

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours

Domaine des Lauriers stretches over 45 hectares throughout the Mediterranean garrigue. Its proximity to the sea brings cooling breezes from the Thau Bassin. There are a selection of soils, from red soil containing large pebbles which reflect sun and help ripen the grapes. On the hillsides you find water holding calcareousclay soils, so grapes don’t suffer from lack of water even during dry Mediterranean summers.

The Domaine practices very conscientious viticulture and is a member of Terravitis, a collection of winemaking estates that adhere to responsible, environmentally friendly practices and promote a holistic and integrated approach to bio-diversity within their estates. This serves as an alternative to the organic certification.
