TASTING NOTES: Lean and dry, with sharp red berries, a herbal lift, and a mineral edge. Its got a little texture and little bite. It’s precise, savoury, and built to sit alongside food.

PAIRS WITH: Charcuterie, grilled fish, or something with a bit of garlic and herbs.

SERVE ME : Chilled, pop int he fridge for a couple of hours.

Domaine Olga Raffault is one of the most well-respected in the Loire. The reds are cult status and this rosé is in our opinion a hidden gem.

This wine represents the quintessential expression of Loire Valley rosé, crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc. Sourced from the estate's certified organic vineyards situated on sandy, gravelly soils along the Vienne River, this bottling showcases the purity of the varietal without the mask of blending. The 2024 vintage proved to be a significant challenge for the region, characterised as a chaotic growing season with late frosts, hailstorms, and heavy rainfall that necessitated a rigorous battle against mildew. Despite these hurdles and the resulting lower yields from a tardy harvest in late September, the vintage ultimately produced wines of remarkable aromatic finesse and vibrant freshness, turning a difficult year into a triumph of resilience.
