TASTING NOTES: The NON #3’s flavour profile is made out of oranges that were dehydrated for 48 hours and concentrated, creating a caramelised and candied taste. A 5-hour infusion of pith adds bitterness, while orange skin gives a waxy mouthfeel. Yuzu adds a sharp, citrus note. Cinnamon and orange skins provide tannin and spice.

PAIRS WITH: The perfect drink to sip on in the garden or on the beach.

SERVE ME: Chilled, pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.

All of the Non range is made out of verjus (Unripe Juice) from Barossa Valley Semillon grapes, which are then flavoured with a stew of fruit, herbal and sometimes savoury aromatics before bottling.
